Week 30

In this week's content we will be looking at service delivery solution: synoptic client proposal through a realistic Level 3 IT context. You will be required to produce and defend a service-delivery proposal for a four-centre Community Learning Network using technical, user, financial and implementation evidence.

Steps to complete:
1. Take part in a stakeholder panel and identify how success criteria differ by role.
2. Read the Community Learning Network evidence and prioritise service problems.
3. Choose and justify identity, file, device and support approaches from the supplied options.
4. Sequence transition steps, communications, pilot/testing and fallback arrangements.
5. Write a 450-word client proposal covering services, benefits, risks, trade-offs, metrics and implementation.
6. Give a two-minute proposal summary and answer one stakeholder challenge.

By the end of the session you should have a service-solution decision matrix, implementation outline and client proposal with spoken defence.
