Week 10

In this week's content we will be looking at social media analytics: turning metrics into defensible conclusions through a realistic Level 3 IT context. You will be required to analyse a campaign dataset, separate strong conclusions from weak assumptions and write an evidence-based performance review.

Steps to complete:
1. Check whether sample claims are supported by the figures and correct misleading wording.
2. Use the supplied campaign analytics CSV to calculate or compare click-through and conversion patterns.
3. Identify the strongest-performing posts for different objectives rather than choosing one “winner”.
4. Write five accurate statements using cautious qualifiers where appropriate.
5. Produce a 350-word review recommending what to repeat, change or test next.
6. Give a 60-second spoken briefing using no more than three statistics.

By the end of the session you should have an annotated analytics table, five accurate claims, a campaign review and a concise spoken briefing.
